Terms of use

The service

Posta Gabi is a platform provided by HEYDATA SERVICOS DE INTERNET LTDA, CNPJ 43.594.813/0001-60 to manage professional Instagram profiles: publish and schedule content, track limits and boost posts with ads on Meta. Access is through our API, with a user session or API keys.

The service uses only Meta's official APIs. We never ask for your Instagram or Facebook password.

Your account

• The account is personal and requires a valid email address. Sign-in uses a code sent to that email, so protecting your inbox is your responsibility.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account and with the API keys you create. Keep keys safe and revoke the ones you don't use.
• To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old or represent a business.
• If you suspect misuse, let us know at faleaqui@postagabi.com.br.

Profiles, Pages and ad accounts

Only connect profiles, Pages, portfolios and ad accounts you are authorized to operate.

You must follow Meta's terms and policies, including the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, the Community Standards and the Advertising Standards. If Meta restricts a profile or an ad account, Posta Gabi may stop working for it.

Your content

The content you upload remains yours. You authorize us to store it, process it, for example by converting formats and removing metadata, and send it to Meta, solely to provide the service.

You confirm that you hold the rights to the content and that it does not break the law or infringe the rights of others.

What is not allowed

• publishing illegal, misleading or discriminatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• spamming, engaging in inauthentic behavior or using the service in any way that breaks Meta's rules;
• trying to bypass the limits, security or access controls of Posta Gabi or Meta;
• reselling or sharing access to the service without our authorization;
• sending malicious code or overloading the infrastructure.

Ads and payments

• You set the objective, audience, budget and schedule of each boost. Nothing starts spending without your confirmation.
• Ad costs are charged by Meta to the payment method of your ad account. Posta Gabi does not receive, intermediate or store ad payments.
• Every ad goes through Meta's review, which may reject it or limit its delivery. Results such as reach, clicks or sales are not guaranteed.
• Posta Gabi does not yet support ads in special categories, such as credit, employment, housing, social issues, elections or politics. Do not create ads on these topics here.

Dependence on Meta

Posta Gabi's features depend on Meta's APIs and rules, which may change, become unavailable or impose limits at any time. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions, such as content removal, profile restrictions or ad rejections, nor for the unavailability of its services.

Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but it may undergo maintenance or failures. Unless there is a specific contract, continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Price

Posta Gabi is currently free to use. If we start charging, we will give advance notice, and charges will only apply to those who agree.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, the law or Meta's policies, with notice whenever possible.

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data, as explained in Data deletion.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses caused by third parties, including Meta. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code when it applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force, and relevant changes are announced by email before they take effect.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts where HEYDATA SERVICOS DE INTERNET LTDA is headquartered.
