Data deletion

Through Instagram

In Instagram's settings, find the connected apps and websites area, choose Posta Gabi and remove its access.

Meta notifies us automatically. Right away, we disconnect the profile, delete the access token and register a deletion request with a tracking code. You can check its progress at the link sent along with the code.

Through the business portfolio, for ads

In your portfolio's Business Settings, under Integrations, remove Posta Gabi from the connected apps.

The token stops working immediately. To also delete the ads data kept in Posta Gabi, send the request by email, as described next.

By email

Write to faleaqui@postagabi.com.br from your account's email address, with the subject “Data deletion”. If you only want part of it deleted, such as one profile or one ads connection, tell us which.

We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• the account and its registration data;
• connected profiles and access tokens;
• uploaded media, posts, schedules and publishing history;
• ads connections and boost records.

What stays at Meta

Posts published on Instagram and ads created in your ad accounts stay on Meta's platforms, and deleting data in Posta Gabi does not remove them. Delete them directly on Instagram and in Ads Manager.

What the law requires us to keep

Access records are kept for 6 months, as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework. Other data is only kept when the law requires it or for defense in legal proceedings, for the necessary period. More details in the Privacy policy.
